1)Runny nose

If you cough up thick or dark mucus or you get fever, you may have an infection with a bacteria. The symptoms usually go away without any special treatment. But when you’re sick it can wear down your body’s resistance making you more open to an infection by a bacteria.

Natural Remedies For Cold And Cough:

1) Beetle Leaves. Kashayam

Required materials; Beetle leaves-1,Crushed ginger-small piece, Black pepper -one small teaspoons, Tulsi leaves-four to five, Black Jaggery. Make the beetle leaves into small pieces and crush it. Put all above ingredients into a bowl add one tumbler of water in it and add a beetle juice and boil it well. It should be boil until the colour changes to green. Drink that kashayam daily that will give better relief from cold and cough.

2) Ginger/Tea

Ginger is the best medicine for cold and cough. Sukku is widely used in south India as it will act as a best cold relief. This two will clear the cold and cough from the lungs. Boil the milk well and add some pieces of ginger/sukku in it and drink it twice a day. It will give you a better relief. Drinking this will not only cure your cough and cold but also keep you fresh and active all day.
